The State of Georgia might be known as the Peach State, but peaches are just one of many commodities Georgia agriculture contributes to the state and nation. Georgia farmers produce about 80% of the state's row crops and are among the nation's leading producers of peanuts, cotton, vegetables, blueberries and pecans. Baypole Plantation offers agricultural services to the agricultural community, such as planting cover crops, corn, cotton, peanuts, and soybeans, along with harvesting and hauling cotton and peanuts.
